48 hours challenge undergoing EEG monitoring
I entered the BR4in Hackathon at Ars Electronica 2018. In a 48 hours challenge I underwent EEG monitoring in which my brain’s electrical rhythms were monitored by electrodes placed on my scalp held by adhesive to record activity over a period of time.
This project was to design and build an interaction using Electroencephalography (EEG) signals in real time. A Brain Computer Interface was used to produce artful paintings. We created pictures with a P300 based painting application on the computer and controlled a Sphero robot to create the process. Uniqorn aims to explore the relationship of one’s concentration and consciousness to different types of auditory stimuli.
