BenchBOTS is a light reactive site installation located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The idea of BenchBOTS is to create a nocturnal creature that lives in the benches of the park and responds to different user movements through live data based on pressure exerted on benches and the people passing by.
Sitting, walking running and cycling pass the benches demonstrate different behaviours and encourage more exploration of the site and interaction between public and built environment.
